I've made really big eyes when I recently discovered the remains of about 55,000 euros in a waste paper container. Where only is the whole coal, and what happened then that?
Whether there is such a criminal background? For me, the ransom amount, however, seems to be somewhat too low. Maybe the money actually stems from a bank robbery, and that the perpetrators wanted to eliminate tell-tale traces. Or it was flowers that were destroyed elsewhere. Or a luxury car has changed for cash its owner ... 
It offers yet another, if somewhat perverse interpretation of that the money had exceeded the minimum shelf life and was otherwise disposed of properly ... ;-) 
Of course I would have much rather the bills were still in it put into the bands. Well, no matter lies exactly what that - strange as it is all!
